Approach:
The user could browse artwork by "Subjects." For example, if the user did a search on “Still Life” the page above illustrates how the web site would generate these results. The thumbnail images on the left side represent various paintings within this category. On the right side of the page one painting is featured along with a description and pricing information. I had requested from the designer to add in subtle elements like the artist’s signature to create a sense of authenticity.
